LL,

That link needs a subscription...and for some reason I can't find anywhere to subscribe on the site! Any hints?

IMO - Oil for Food deal is not holding anything up on OIL. The lifting contracts are a means to an end.

What is significant is...if the US, I mean, the "world powers" can agree to some sort of easing or lifting of sanctions we take a MAJOR step closer to an oil field deal!

Oil for Food is a stop gap measure and only provides OIL with one off payments...which is nice but doesn't make for a "whole" company.

The TLM deal has taken so long to be signed, I believe followers of the company are in a "SHOW ME THE MONEY" frame of mind. When this deal is signed the stock will fly.

3 stages of OIL should be:

1. Talisman Deal
2. Oil field deals signed
3. Lifting of sanctions

The company will take off on each of those milestones.
