General Weakness in the TSE is not helping MBI. They still have no positive earnings and they have not announced a partnership with a pharmaceutical company. This is hurting them. There is considerable resistance at the 3.80 level so see a blip back up in a week or less. If it does break this support level the next one is 3.00-2.60 range.

It has been there before.
