Micaella - Lou and others had purchased their bogus shares through the Florida Transfer Company. (Gifs' tranfer agent...)

GIFS' stated that those shares were bogus. I'm guessing that Lou and others went to the Transfer agent and whined a bit about the Transfer agent selling them bogus shares and Lou and others would be suing the Transfer agent. In a effort to counter Lou, hold him off for awhile, the Transfer agent decided to sue GIFS.

In order to prevent a conflict of interest, i.e. the transfer agent doing business with someone they are suing, the transfer agent resigned.

The deal with GIFS being their own transfer agent is pretty weak. GIFS can barely manage IR. What makes them think they can handle transfer agent duties also....

I will be surprised if GIFS doesn't announce a new transfer agent REAL soon.

As for the lawsuit, it has no merit. These shares were declared null and void and were to be returned. Don't let a lawsuit scare you. It just brings the facts out and isn't that what really counts.

A line has been drawn and now it's time for sides. Who do you believe? Your own research and trust GIFS or do you sell scared and let the MM's win?

I'll trust GIFS. They haven't screwed me yet. Anyone remember Caroline posting similar crap about lawsuits and such?

No, I haven't eaten the pudding or applesauce that we were supposed to eat before boarding the ROCKet ship but I'm wishing I had.

Will the CRAP ever end?
