I read the Kaiser report and have this funny feeling Kaiser's comments were biased by him getting racked over the coals on this thread after his last report. I don't think he took kindly to the "dead fish" comments. It was positive since he threw in

. I have seen this sort of shuffling before in plays controlled by high powered players, and it is usually followed by something much bigger and better

However also included in his report.........

The SI thread gushed about this development, though what is so great about Jordex being allowed to share somebody else's
crumbs does escape me.

This comment really puzzles me....crumbs???? It could just be me but I take this comment as pay back and not as Kaiser doing his job and giving proper criticisms.....

What is so great?.. We are able to co-invest in all the deals at the same price they are doing the deals. With MF Capital there is no limit to the money we invest and with Argentum we can take down $500,000-$1 million (U.S). If they get the deals, we get the deal....this is not crumbs since we get to pick and choose and are not picking up table scraps. If he was referring to the money cap on the Argentum deal then he doesn't follow the VC world very close. Most VC firms, other than the very large firms, only invest $500,000-$3 million per deal, especially when it is early stage financing. If you look at most of the mid to late stage pre-IPO financing you will notice a very long list of firms that took part in the financing. No single company gives out $10 million unless they are very large, they each chip in a smaller chunk. If Kaiser can't see the potential in these type of alliances than I can understand why most of his bottom fish are sinking...

By the way, I read Chris Bunka's second report. I can't post it for obvious reasons. The report was very positive and said these partners would allow JDX to get in on better deals and said that JDX has every likelihood of heading higher in the month ahead.

Best Regards
KEITH
