The CFO of PictureTel is Les Strauss, the CEO is Norm Gaut. The deal is made so that Multilink shareholders can receive maxinum gains without immediate tax consequences, so as to show the generosity and sincerity of PictureTel. Any clues on who the major shareholders of Multilink are (which is still privately owned)? dumb
