News the other day.
The following NR was once again supplied by Canada StockWatch.

This is another glass half full - half empty release.

Could be that we're experiencing further dilution because Lawrence & Company feel that's the only hope they have of keeping Footmaxx afloat. (I don't think is this case.)

Could be that Lawrence & Company are positioning themselves for a substantial gain when Footmaxx starts reporting positive earnings. (Who knows?)

Certainly can't read anything from the trading on the CDN.
On some days, shares have traded at prices below my offer.
Someone (including me) got screwed.

I'm hoping this little company survives to someday trade on a properly regulated exchange.

An anonymous director of Lawrence & Company reports
Lawrence & Company Inc. received two million common shares of Footmaxx
Holdings Inc. from Footcare Dispensary Inc. in respect of obligations
arising under an agreement dated June 4, 1998, as amended.
Lawrence & Company intends to hold the shares for the foreseeable future
and has no intention of further increasing its beneficial ownership over
securities of Footmaxx Holdings.
