Hi Emil

To early to put a value on things but I think the land base is 4 to 5 times bigger than the Ken Snyder play area. They have the goods IMO. All they have to do is drill enough to prove it up. It should prove out to be world class and a low cost producer as well. $ 80/oz production costs. There is alot of Gold producers out there that would like to have this in their back pocket.
