I think it is amazing that MSD is out pumping his stock price with comments like this. Since he is not in a position to control stock price directly, it seems to me that this just creates exposure... what if some industry shift or macro event drives the segment down, taking DELL with it, and some bunch of investors decide to do a class action lawsuit - after all, the CEO said it was a great deal...

What benefit does MSD see to DELL from this kind of activity? looks pretty self-serving to me.
