Doug..a P&F read..10 1/2 is abuy signal, wuith close resistance at 12....the BRL line...if it breaks that could get legs...great vol today...good luck if you own it.. ALERT!!!...on one of my scans up popped FCSE...LONG 2000 shares at 4...news yesterday was very good... the P&F chart has it breaking out after a long sideways base since Aug/Sept of 98..this stock has legs... it ran straight up to 4.50 current resistance, but pulled back 3 boxes and now should run thru the old highs at 4 3/4 to 5.00 that would break this little stock right out.... heavy vol..the last few days...swore i wouldn't buy these little ones anymore..BUT..this looks terrific... good luck if you decide to take a shot...
