Bill, NT has an edge in optical networking products right now, though LU has a number of products in the pipeline to be rolled out over the next few months that will reduce that edge. A couple of people that I have spoken with have also indicated to me that NT is having some difficulty delivering as promised which has led to direct business for LU. The next year will prove interesting in the optical networking space. Brian
