Wherever the CEO or Chairman has massive holdings you can expect them to come out swinging when the share price gets hit.

You mean like gates or ballmer with MSFT? or Grove with INTC? Not hardly, those guys actually drive their own stock down and never hype it. I don't think the analysis is complete. Another factor that CA and ORCL have in common is a history of FUD about what is really happening, and routine efforts by management to hide the ball - much like CPQ under Pfeiffer and Mason. Do you put DELL in with them on that score also?
