I guess there's always a way to attempt a substantiation for our hopes of what the future may hold. For me, I have no stake in CUBE. I made a few bucks long and came out even on a very short term short position that did not pan out.

Obviously from a fundamental standpoint you are head and shoulders above me (play on words intended) on this issue. As for pure chartist objectivity I think I would have the upper hand. What I am saying is this - if you showed me a chart of CUBE where it stands right now I would not be interested in it regardless of fundamentals (barring inside info that they are a takeover at 80 bucks).

Until the fundamentals are strong enough leave their mark on CUBE's chart I will remain a bystander. When the chart *does* reflect strength and a reversal (yes, CUBE needs a reversal) ensues then I would be interested. CUBE is not going to disappear, it's just giving up a good percentage of its explosive gains. As you very astutely pointed out there has been precious little consolidation along this last run (actually there was around 60 before the final burst to 73). Such a reaction is not unreasonable - in fact it is typical.

By the way, there sure was relatively light volume at that top at 73. Another warning sign as this last rally lacked broad market participation.
