I Florida..I know of one case you would be interested in..A young maN who was finally sent to Prison for 2 years...Had 92 encounters with the Police. He served 6 months for a DUI with BI and then went on to sever encounters ..fines etc..then a second DUI..suspended license etc..then more encounters..a third DUI.. finally sent him to Prison..Attorneys intervened $$$$$$ from his dad..every time..His Father gave him a Sports Car at the age of 16..No Responsibility..When he should have served a sentance his Dad bailed him out..He is now 24..in Prison for 2 years..What future does he have..I think the Dad should be in Prison with him...????????? maybe the atty too???? <BTW> I gave my son a used car and payments..He ended up getting a Degree and worked six years at the local supermarket to pay his way...He now owns a Computer Component Recycle Business in California, and He also sells Computer 1Million and up to the Gov't agenccies and Big Business...What is the difference...??????????
