Perhaps she indeed possesses a low intellect. She claims that she didn't know Bill was fooling around with Monica until the FBI came up with the DNA evidence off Monica's dress. For seven months, she was the only one in America stupid enough to believe that Bill wasn't doing Monica.

That probably rates a 65 IQ, wouldn't you say?
