You can easily get an extension. It would seem that 100,000 shares though would generate more cash than you would need to pay taxes. This one is starting to bother me. If he knows the stock has a good future, why would he sell that many shares at a depressed price? Pat, I hope you have read Salim's post and can follow up. It's tough to lounge on deck when the crew are paddling away on life boats!!
