vic-- only because MSFT/INTC have developed that for years. Drop the expectations to come up with a surprise. When CPQ has done that the surprises have been on the down side instead of up,,, right back to the credability that EP threw away,, it was CPQs credability not his,, now MC has to gain that credability back,,, not HIS credability but CPQ's. It is much harder to get back than throw away.. and takes much longer to earn than eliminate. One "Ah shit" eliminates a lot of "atta boys".
