What a steal NTOP is today! I snapped up 6k shares of NTOP just above $55 today as it looked like much of the 6.3M shares have been digested at this point. This is without question a grand giveaway!

Consider this: NTOP dropped over $10/share yesterday in a panic about the ability of the stock to absorb the SPO in an orderly manner.

Now that the stock has digested most of the SPO, it is self-evident that the forces that brought NTOP to these trading levels have been removed.

No less than the day before yesterday, NTOP traded at $75 intraday, having spent several days hovering around $70! There is now no reason to expect that NTOP shouldn't resume trading near the $70's where it was just a few days ago, with the exception of some profit-taking on the way up.

Anybody have any idea how much of the SPO was sold on the open market and how much was pre-arranged?

The reason I ask is because IDTC had a press release ready to shoot off indicating they'd already sold their 2.2 Million shares. IDTC must have been first in line. Much of this must have been pre-arranged.
