Holy S**T, here we go. I just got a call after the bell, just now that the Ebay rumors about buying BII could be true. Now, I have also been informed, and now that the markets are closed I have been given the OK to post this.
This may be a possiblity, that Ebay, is looking at the 2 companies BII, and SCS. Ok, guys don't go nuts and please do your own homework, it is possible that if Ebay does take over BII they will also look at taking SCS. (for this BidTravel site) But, not buy them out, all they will do is introduce and help fund the BII and SCS BidTavel site.
I have also been told that if Ebay and BII come together, there may be a chance that Ebay may (and I stress may, please do your own work) buy out the BidTravel and use the SCS technology. Or they may just buy out SCS outright for that technology.
Rumors, are running wild, I have also been told in this conversation that the takeover price may be as high as $20 for BII. Also a fair price for SCS would be $4.00.
I have a funny feeling that SCS and BII may now be takeover targets.
Again, I believe this to be a reilable source but, he can only tell me what the street is saying, so this may be all false, But, please calm down and don't start throwing all your money into either BII or SCS. |
