Experience is a poor teacher in SOME cases. One cannot experience enough to be statistically meaningful (imo). One can draw conclusions on some things that one experiences a lot- but it is difficult for any one person- not surveying people who have lived to be over a hundred- to know enough of such people to determine why they lived so long. I recall that French woman who said it was a cigar a day that made her live so long. Not such great advice for everyone I think.

But perhaps you are not serious in your pronouncements. In which case the rationality of your statements does not matter.
