If you look at Q's intraday chart at bigcharts.com You'll see that it did trade around 362 a few minutes before the close, even a little lower than that, and then quickly jumped to 364. You saw the price while it was in the process of jumping as the bid/ask component of the quote was retrieved a few microseconds after the latest price component of the quote. John
