This news is good especially in light of all the talk about the cost of trials. With fast track it should be cheaper overall.

Owning MBI looks like a good investment but we still have to wait for contracts to see big movements. Look at companies like Cangene which are hovering about 4-5 bucks even with significant revenues and strategic partnerships already.
