Ok they got 2.7M included but unaccountable for in the news release. The agreement has been effected by the issue to the shareholders of S&J 12,000,000 post-split shares of the Company's common stock. Following completion of the merger with S&J the Company will have approximately 15,000,000 common shares issued on a fully diluted and outstanding basis. 12M restrict for the deal + 200K aprx post split shareholders so there is about to be 2.8 unnaccountable for but I bet you it probably will come in an S8 and guess who probably gets it and guess who gets to buy it ... DUH! CNHH RS after deal S8 nailed it. ACC (MIDL) RS after deal S8 NAiled it... CBQI RS after the deal S8 Nailing it. HANX will be RS watch for unaccountable ... YNOT I think stiffed somebody because of what I am saying. And CNHH is still getting nailed ... insidertrader.com BUT CSCA is NOT a great deal for existing sharesholders considering apprx(2.8M) 18.5% is unaccountable for in the news release so I believe it will follow the S8 scenario, and with (12M) 80% for the company and leaving a whole approx(200K)1.5% for existing shareholders. Also out of the $26M for the first six months of revenues only 660K is pre tax income so you folks just buy the fire out of it and the IR is in Canada. DUH! Grrrrr Gary
