21.05 m/shrs * 3.5 = 73.675m additional float - Right after IFMX diluted my holdings settling with that crook Phil! Do I smell a new technique for nibbling away shareholder value? Usually in a merger one side is looking for some deep pockets and I'm very suspicious about what might be uncovered in the future. How long can we keep increasing the float (erroding shareholder equity) this way? I would feel more comfortable if there was a statement that neither Phil White nor any of his former cronies were involved with ARDT (or holders there of)! dave
