Mike - I bought a low end Dimension about 6 months ago. In your words I took it out of the box, plugged in the keyboard, mouse and monitor, and plugged it in. I had maybe 2 buttons to get the internet service hooked up but it was no pain at all. DELL has a great "out of box experience" on the dimension line. There's nothing unique about that for the Webpc. Get it???
