I don't know the accuracy of Edgar's dates, but if you do the math, the "reported" 3/24 sale date works out to $13.375/share. The last time the stock was capable of being sold there was on 3/14.

The two "4/16" sells yields $9.25/share. The last time you could have gotten this price was on 4/10.

And whatever the excuses before, any further selling IMO would be tough to spin, especially ahead of the much 'aweighted' InterOP.
