I didn't realize that the Biotech holdrs (BBH) had already started trading. They're down 5 to 102 since they started this week. The weirdness was also exhibited on Monday's big down day by the S&P 400 being up for the day.

I haven't yet ruled out a potential double top yet. It's often the case I get a dip after the sell signal then a retest of the top within 1-2 weeks. On the second top, usually there will be the higher number of overbought stocks but a greater number of stocks with negative momentum.
