Come on, JLA. What you saw on TV was the graphic images of a few vandals who grabbed the media attention from tens of thousands of peaceable demonstrators. You above anybody should know not to judge from what you see on TV. Not that I was there, but I have friends who were, and their reports are uniformly that the vast majority of the crowd was peaceable and nonviolent, and that a few assholes came in late in the day to spoil it and grab the media spotlight. It's like saying that the postal system should be shut down as a danger to the public because a few postal workers have gone off the deep end. You and I haven't always agreed, but I have always thought you had enough brains not to be suckered in as you seem to have been here.
