Nice volumes the past few days but the stock is closing at or near the low of the day. It may be tax selling as stock has not performed (yet?) to expectations and end of year is fast approaching. My feeling is that we won't see a substantial move till early 2000 (with announcement(s) of further contracts). I think you have the right idea... this MAY be good time to pick up stock. With only 3.6 million OS there can't be that much stock available at these prices. Wildcard.... the rumored financing and the effect that it may have on the stock price if it is equity based financing. It would be interesting to know who is doing the financing for the CO and if they just happened to be one of the net sellers at this time???
