Yes, if CEO appears it could move again. . . HOWEVER. . . the short group that is playing it is very organized and good at what they do. . . .perhaps larger than those on ADSP. . . so the stock will only breakout if they allow it to do so, IMO. As for 15.5. . .I doubt it. . .maybe 13 at the top.
