I think they're pretty strict. I know if you don't have the funds @ market open on pricing day you're SOL. Here's my problem- I had $1700 cash @ open this am since range was 13-15, I freed up a couple of grand during the day after I saw range raised to 16-18. Will I be OK? Hope so, but it will probably turn out to be moot anyway...
