OT - "abominable behavior NASD" You are too quick to accuse. I made some trades during this period in more than one account. I received litigation forms from the class action coordinators, one for each account, with the name of the broker, the account number and the qualifying trades computer-printed on them, without even asking for it. No original documents or copies of the original documents are required. All I had to do was vouch for the data by signing the forms and mailing them. This must have been a huge effort for the coordinators of this action to pull this off. John
