Robert Martin Chief Technical Officer

e-commerce and connectivity solutions, formally announces the appointment Mr. Robert Martin to
the position of Chief Technical Officer.

As the newly appointed CTO of uniView Technologies, Mr. Martin contributes over thirty years of
computer industry expertise. Prior to joining uniView Technologies, Mr. Martin served as the chief
information officer for Old America Stores and Open Environment, a world-wide client server
software company. Previous to that, Mr. Martin was a senior manager for Tandy's Computer City
division and also served as director of applications and store systems for CompUSA. For thirteen
years Mr. Martin was President and Chief Executive Officer of Martin, Henderson, Harris, Inc., an
information technology consulting firm providing strategic IT business plans for corporate clients. Mr.
Martin's professional career is complemented with a degree in engineering from the University of
Texas and a graduate degree from the Southern Methodist University Graduate School of Banking &
Finance.
uniView Technologies also announces the appointment of Mr. Robert E. Fudickar as the Director of
Investor Relations. Mr. Fudickar joins uniView Technologies from Arthur Anderson's Corporate
Finance Group where he served as a Senior Manager. Prior to Arthur Anderson, Mr. Fudickar
served as the Director of Investor Relations for eight years at CenturyTel Inc., a diversified
communications company. Mr. Fudickar complements his fifteen years of experience in the investor
relations field with tenure in Paine Webber's investment banking division and a degree in finance and
real estate from the University of Louisiana.
