<OT - "abominable behavior NASD"> Mr.Stokes. With all due respect I must agree with Mr. Bridges. You must be involved in a different suit(or we are)as the forms I received are as described by Mr Bridges, that is no info at all, but insistence the trades must be listed. I have several from various trust accounts I handle in the family. When shown to my CPA she shook her head and said " You really don't want to do this, do you?" As a frequent trader I concurred as the possible return did not seem to justify the cost to comply. Ken PS: The fine print was worthy of an automobile dealers disclaimers in the Sunday paper re: lease terms. I had to pull out the old flourescent magnifying lamp to see what I was reading.
