Read carefully the following statement.

Moses III, Esquire, UCP National Volunteer President. ''We believe that myMusicCard and myPhotoCard products will
provide tremendous value throughout the UCP family, and will enable us to raise millions to benefit people with disabilities. We
look forward to a vigorous partnership with TSIG.''

1. This was made by the President of the largest charity in the United States. He did not state he was excited but used the term "we" and "us".

2. Both the MyMusicCard and MyPhotoCard will be utilized.

3. The entire UCP family will be brought to bear in pressing for the delivery of the Cards to the population as an enticement to bring in donations.

4. The anticipation is to bring in millions of dollars toward benefiting those with disabilities. Remember how the split works? 50/50. I would bet he is thinking anually. How much does UCP raise each year?

5. UCP is stating that it will be a driving force behind executing this agreement. Ramp time should be as minimal as possible.

6. Look at the affiliates and corporate sponsors given in the very abreviated list. How long is the complete list and what is on it?

7. This is not just where kids are asked to cooperate for their schools but where all portions of the population and business world are asked to aid the disabled.

8. This will be a united joint effort. There is to be a joint marketing committee. Both UCP and TSIG.com will be working together jointly and continuously to create a joint prospect list. This will be a joint execution effort.

9. Further contacts and contracts should likely be formed from this exposure.

10. UCP and TSIG.com are jointly going to create an enhanced web presence and vertical portal on the internet for the disabled community. What is this?

11. TSIG.com will assist UCP in expanding its online giving capabilities. Further developments?

12. UCP and TSIG.com will jointly develop electronic markets through UCP's affiliates and corporate sponsors. Additional business possibilities?

13. How do you think the volunteers and sponsors get the word out? How many of you have gotten requests in the mail? Flyers at work? Radio spots? TV? Telethons? Knock on the door? Newspapers? Magazines? Brochures in the Dr's office? Etc.?
