The figure I mentioned was for an EMPTY shell.

The little rumblings I hear suggest that the shell might not be empty, but this is pure rumor and can't be substantiated.

I think most people gambled on this stock with the hope that they would be able to leverage their options on land that contained trees that could be harvested for lumber value. This has not yet happened and the company has not demonstrated its capacity to finance any deals.

It may be (again this is unsubstantiated) that they have found a partner willing to inject funds into the shell. At what cost to existing shareholders (in terms of dilution and/or reverse split) would remain to be seen, if any of this is true.
