Received this email from La Guardia GFS... I especially like #3, #4 and of course #6. I am sensing a much more upbeat tone and confidence than ever before.
David - Good to hear from you. We feel that the two recent acquisitions made by SETO are directly inline with their stated business plan, and we are happy to see them pushing forward to increase the size of the company in a profitable way. This will obviously help dramatically in the quest for a NASDAQ listing. In response to your questions: 1) Re: "soon to be established retailers" - SETO is currently in discussions with several master distributors to supply them with batteries for various usage's (i.e. computers, cell phones, cordless phones, etc..). These distributors sell to large chain stores [established retailers], which would greatly increase SETO's domestic exposure. SETO has yet to sign such an agreement due to current capacity. Capacity is currently being increased, and SETO is estimating that a few such contracts could be signed within the next 2-3 months. 2) Re: SETO brand name - SETO brand name is simply the widespread, consistent use of the SETO name for purposes of market and consumer identification. 3) Re: Fimas to manufacture under SETO name - The Fimas products will have the SETO brand name. 4) Re: what products - The products include DVD Players, CD ROM Drives, Home Theatre Systems, CD Player and Wireless Mouse. 5) Re: how marketed - The products will distributed via the SETO E-Mall and to the same distribution network as described in item #1 above. 6) Re: Profit margins - Profit margins and typically better than OEM by 2-3X.
I hope this answers your questions. Please feel free to contact us again with any further comments or questions. We will be posting a revised SETO Corp Profile on our web site, www.TwoTrades.com, sometime in the next 7-10 days. In addition, we have added a new toll free number, 888.577.6898 for La Guardia GFS, Investor Relations. This number will be answered by a live person (depending on call volume) M-F, from 9am-5pm CST. The number is semi-operational right now (sometimes you will get voice mail), but will be running smoothly starting next week. Sincerely, La Guardia GFS Public Relations |
