Francois, Thanks for posting that NR for us. Although they use the correct terminology and have a fine idea, the details are not there as of yet. And of course, the devil is always in the details. I for one would like to see where the $ is going to come from and who is going to give up the fiber routes (even if they are dark) and for how much. I like what I see so far, but need more to put any serious money into this one. Until then I have a few shares to watch fly around.<g> Regards, Joel
