Jack, <<litigation against these crooks>> It's not worth the effort, there's no money there. IMO let it go and you will sleep a lot better. Investing in pennies is always risky. After the observing the continuous pattern of exaggerated claims and Global's failure to deliver, investors have to also blame themselves for their loss. I still believe that there are metals at Global that can be economically mined. The stock price has all the current problems in the price. Success with Global's new process may get previous shareholders some of their money back, but I have to admit it's a longshot. Not that I doubt the process, but mostly management's competence, the real risk.
