Aggie: The meeting date for shareholders to vote on the merger is 12/10/99, and I assume the distribution date would be set thereafter, allowing for reasonable time to complete the paperwork and handle the stock transfers. They say in the proposal that they would like to complete the merger by year end. Might want to hold just a little longer to take advantage of this little run we're having <g>. Alex
