While you new investors are doing your research, I recommend reading the 10K and take a close look at the financing arrangements this company has entered into. The payment of stock for financial services is a time honored way for pump and dump boiler rooms to make their hefty profit. I don't know this is the case here. For me, the best research would be following up on the names of the various related financial partners, including the CEO himself, to see what sorts of deals they have involved themselves with in the past. Most often, people remain true to prior behavior patterns. good luck to all good people. peter
