JS: " When to get out of NN?". Good question. I was going
to open that up for discussion today on this thread. Open
to traders and non - traders alike.
Let us assume that NN gets an offer. Question is,
when do you sell?

- Do you sell on the news?
- And, re - buy later?
-do you sell at the open because you are concerned that TM
may reject the offer?
-do you wait for further potential stock appreciation, if
you think the offer is good and the BOD and TM have a high
chance of accepting it?
-Do you wait and see if a higher bid comes along which
obviously will drive price higher?
-do you evaluate who makes the offer and whether the
synergism of New Buyer+NN gives good long term potential
appreciation and so it is worth really going long?
This has the further potential of saving a good chunk
of cash in Taxes.

Bottom line is that the decision of when to sell IMHO will
be a difficult one consisting of evaluating many variables.
It may be helpful if we address the matter now, electively,
rather than under pressure,
