TCGI a great value with a tiny market cap and float 1M outstanding and 800,000 in the float. Has made $.30 already this year (9 mo.) and trades at less than half of its $4.00 book value. Price to sales is 0.125. technicals also good. crossed 50 day moving average and has been strong in both strong and weak overall markets.
