jim - CPQ's consumer segment was broken out as a separate P&L in the 3q report, there is no mystery about the numbers. They had a net profit of $65M on about $1.5B in sales. That translates to a little better than 4% net - not earth-shaking but not bad especially for the segment. So you'll have to take the FUD somewhere else...
