[Cioffi's shares]

MB --

I'm quite sure Dr. Cioffi has over a million shares still (will try to check numbers when I talk to RC again)and I know he was CTO of the Old Amati beginning in 1991 and received many of his shares when they were valued at .50 to 1.00 (again, I'll check the numbers). Considering how long he held before realizing even the rise to 9.00, I doubt anyone could fault him for selling. (He bought a house.) I'd also be willing to bet this is the first year he's had a tax bill big enough to impress a Rockefeller and if you think for a minute he'd defer payment or float a temporary loan and risk the Company's reputation, I think you misjudge him and the company. It's possible to take an extension but to defer payment you incur a penalty.

Just my take.
