probably, the convertible shorts covering prior to year end and booking some nice solid profits. would use this opportunity to sell (if you haven't already) or get short. this company is going nowhere with its large float. they are also going nowhere based on past performance by mgmt.
this is all imho, just noticed this "spike" and will probably short some just for kicks. best wishes to those of you still here. good luck.
