On the Yahoo board Manning Vines lays out reasons why there probably won't be a big explosion in CXI from ACWA funding until at least next July, when testing of Stage II will be completed. It seems to me his analysis leaves out maybe 3 to 6 months. That is, assuming testing gets completed at the end of July, it takes a few months to analyze results, then convince the parties that CXI is the way to go, then convince the funders to disgorge the funds. In other words, give it another year for the Big One to hit CXI -- assuming Mr Vines' analysis is valid. Damn, I wanted to retire in January!
