All they can do is make presentations and hope equipment companies commit. Still there will be a chicken and egg problem of service providers not knowing if it will work and equipment providers not know if service providers will use it. I wonder what Q had to do to get Freetel to try it. Will that be enough to demonstrate a successful system and get others on board? Will they also have this problem in innovation in handsets if they just sell the chips?
