[Insider Sales - Taxes]

Salim,

I believe that insiders are more likely to sell at tax time & around Christmas/New Years than any other time. Of course this is convenient if one wanted to hide the *real* reason for selling, but I'm not big on conspiracy theories, especially w/o some better facts to go on. Rather, I think it demonstrates very poor planning that does not protect the company's reputation, but makes it suspect--at least until it can be proven otherwise. Cioffi's actions speak louder than words.
If any of the Funds buy one share in the face of insider selling, it would be quite an accomplishment.

Thanks for your work & info.

Greg
