Pete, IPM was to go chapter 7 in Nov. but one of the creditors ask for an extension until i think Dec. 12 TH. What IPM owns in not enough to pay bank one who has a secured debt so they get everything and the other creditors get nothing. IPM will most probably go into chapter 7 at that time. Paunch
