I figured out what was the difference between the data of that cme serve vs. the quote.com server was last night. The time was shifter by 1 hour. Gersh hit it on the nose when he jokingly mentioned that it was central time.

They correlate very well, and the time stamps are offset by an hour.

Like ground zero said, quote.com does not provide time and sales data for after hour trades. And I have to assume that the so called "Real Time Charts" got to have some sort of delay, and are not truly real time. That may account for the 3 minutes difference.
